40 HR Push Ups
30 Wall Balls

10 Burpee Muscle Up/Burpee to 3 Pull Ups

I gave it a shot all the way in MA-
modifications were single leg squats to low box(10 inches) and burpee to 3 pullups

didn't record a time tho!
