150m Run Backwards
12 OVH Squats
12 Knee Tucks
12 Box Jumps

Strength: Back Squats
5 x5 at 80% of 1 RM

For Time:
70 Pull Ups
70 Burpees

* When an athlete breaks from the pull up bar, they must match the number of pull ups with burpees before continuing back on the pull ups.  Reps are complete in alternating fashion until 70 reps are reached for both movements...*
