Something new at CFC!!

As we continue to grow, I wanted a way to introduce all the new faces, so all the athletes and coaches of our BOX can give them a warm welcome...

Meet, Jonathan and Shannon!! These guys are the newest athletes at CFC, and we are stoked to have them!! They JUST relocated from Louisiana, and they are settling in nicely!! They are great athletes, and they certainly know how to work hard!!

I have a feeling they are going to fit in at CFC perfectly!!
Leave them some love!! Or show up at 6am, and throw down on a WOD with them!!
