We are closing out the CrossFit Games OPEN, with 1 more WOD!!
We want to celebrate everyone's hard work and accomplishments over the last 5 weeks!!

This Friday night, we invite EVERYONE to come out and tackle WOD "14.5" (Whatever it may be!!) Doors will open at 4:30pm, heats will be first come first serve, WODs will start around 5-5:30, and there will be plenty of cold beer and some snacks! Bring something to share if you'd like or byob if you don't drink beer!

Friends and family are welcome to come cheer you on as well!!
The energy in the gym over the last few weeks has been incredible, so lets rally together for one more awesome night!!
