This SAT (April 12th) Coach Jess will be leading the first, ever CFC Gymnastics WOD!!
WOD starts at 10:15am, and the focus will be on developing the skills/strength of the Handstand!

 Warm Up: 2 cycles
50 Double Unders
30 KB Swings
200m Row

On a continuously running clock for 25 min...
Athlete will have 5 min at each station, to complete the following...
100 Pull Ups
80 Wall Balls
60 Burpee Box Jump Over
40 G to OVH (135/95#)
1200m Row
