How long have you been CrossFitting? I have been CrossFitting for about a year and a half. 

Favorite Exercise or (WOD) Workout of Day? Anything with the word squat in it! Pistols, overheads, front squats, you name it! 

Least fav exercise or (WOD) Workout of Day? Kettlebell swings…so basically Helen. I will beat them one day though. 

Whats the biggest improvement in your CrossFit game that you have seen? Being able to RX most WODs without thinking about it. I remember starting and thinking I'd never be able to do a WOD with some of those weights. 

What's the biggest lifestyle/behavioral/health improvement have you seen from CrossFit? I think a lot more before I eat, lift or move. I also turn every day work tasks into mini-WODs. Yeah I could put that on a cart and push it but why not farmers carry it to the other side of the building instead! 

Coolest place you've ever CrossFitted? Crossfit Charleston of course. Although in a hotel gym with people awkwardly watching you do butterfly pull ups was kind of fun. 

Future CrossFit goals? To hit 1000 in my CFT. 

Future life goals not related to CrossFit? I want to own my own business some day. Not sure what that looks like yet but it's going to happen! 

What's your favorite part about being an athlete at CrossFit Charleston? I love the family I've developed here, and the fact that I found Cindy Hanna at CFC! 

If you had a CrossFit nickname what would you want it to be? And why? I think Will coined "Denny-swole" and it's kind of stuck, although I'll answer to just about anything, so if you come up with something cool just let me know.
