We will be CLOSED Wed, Thurs, and Fri this week!
Mon and Tues all WODs are on, and we will be back on for Saturday at 9am!

This is a special time of year for us all and I truly believe it is to be spent enjoying time with family and friends, or at least enjoying a little down-time from the gym!!
