The R(3) Challenge is BACK!!

For the month of May there are, not 1, but 2 R(3) Challenges you can take on!
They are drastically different but both are awesome so don't be afraid to try to test your fitness with both! These challenges are meant to supplement your training and take place before or after your normal WOD time!

Challenge #1: From now until the end of the month, tally as many Toes to Rings as possible. Make sure to be fully extended at the bottom, and get those toes all the way to/thru the rings at the top! Keep a running tally on the board with your name and completed number of reps!

Challenge #2: Load a barbell to 75% of your body weight. In one unbroken set, do as many OVH Squats with barbell as possible. Bar must start on the ground. Make sure that your squats are below parallel and the hips/arms are extended at the top rep! Post your name, weight used, and number of reps on the challenge board!

Then...
500m Row

Mobility: Trunk Twists

7 min AMRAP:
7 Deadlifts (135/95#)
7 Box Jumps
7 HR Push Ups

Rest 2 min

3 min max Reps
Burpees Over Bar
