Tomorrow's skill we focus on upper body pull. With proper form your strength will come and you will see GAINZ!!!
Focus on strict pull-ups. If you can add weight great, get at it, but choose a weight that will allow you to perform the movement properly. If strict pull-ups aren't your thing right now, build strength by holding your chin over the bar at the top of your pull and slowly lower yourself down.
Strength: Pull-ups 6X8
hold each set 30sec
METCON (For Time)
20 One arm DB Snatch (10 per arm) (40/20)
25 Thrusters (95/65)
25 Over head walking lunge (45/25)
Remember, never sacrifice form for speed, weight or numbers. Keep your movements clean and efficient. Most importantly HAVE FUN!!!!!!
