Skill: Power Jerk / Split Jerk
No prescribed rep nor weight...instead lets take this time to learn the jerk or if seasoned, critique it. To often we are possessed by percentages or set numbers associated with lifts. Whats my percentages or what are my numbers? Rightfully so we utilize percentages to help build strength with successful progression through all lifts. However, when do you just let it go and go back to the basics to work on a movement?
Tomorrow, lets take away the percentages and the intensity. Lets focus on sound mechanics and the consistency with each rep! Take a look at the picture attached. Get a visual in your mind and bring your "A" game tomorrow.
Following the Jerk we have a med/long Metcon to help us get over "HUMP" day! Come in and get some! See you at the box!
