Tomorrow........WE DEADLIFT!!!! A strong back does a body good. It assists someway in almost every known physical functional movement. There's keys to a sound deadlift! Keeping the barbell in line with the heels! Retracting the upper back (bending the barbell around your shins) just before you lift. Don't jerk/snap the weight to start the movement. Keep a neutral spine throughout the movement and lastly DRIVE HARD THROUGH THE HEELS!

Everyone has worked hard this week, the intensity and atmosphere has been amazing. However; the week is not over, keep pushing and having fun. 

Group Warm up
Dead Lift 6,5,4,3,3,3 (work up to 85% of 1RM)
Time Trial: 2x500m Row As Fast as possible!
Cash out: EMOM 10 Minutes

Either 3 bar muscle ups or
2x burpees then rope climb
