Tomorrow were going to hit a barbell complex! Just building strength! The weight will be 65% of 1RM of your power clean. We will have time to get to our working weights!! Don't loose your consistency with each movement! Pay respect and hit each rep as you would if it were your one rep max! On the even movements we will hit ring push-ups for some augmented upper body strength! Beach muscles as Coach Chris calls them!!!! We are also going to do a turkish get up cash out! There is some serious technical aspect to this movement but it builds core strength and midline stabilization like no other! Pay attention to the movement!
The gym was on fire tonight! I am extremely proud of all athletes!! Keep it up!

-Odd minutes (65% 1 RM power clean)
2 Dead lift
1 Hang Power Clean
1 Thruster
-Even minutes
8 Ring push ups (if possible elevate feet)
Cash out
20 Turkish get ups (40/30)
*10 per side
