Starting this week upside down!!! Working on handstand work, skill more than strength. Focus on keeping your core, glutes and thighs tight. Belly button to the spine, pressing through your fingers, shoulders shrugged. Once all the blood has rushed back to your body from your head :) it's time for a speedy METCON.
