Elements Courses
Due to increasing numbers and caliber of training, our "Elements" Program is now a MANDATORY step to becoming an athlete at CrossFit Charleston. Aspiring athletes MUST complete a minimum of 2 months learning the movements and expectations of the coaches and the program before "testing out" into the open classes!
This step is not to exclude anyone, but largely involves maintaining the safety of ALL new participants, and also has everything to do, with delivering the best possible service to all levels of CrossFitters at our box!
Objectives of "Elements":
1. Learn what CrossFit is (and how its different!)
2. Learn how it works...
3. Learn proper form and techniques of all movements (under supervision of a certified CrossFit coach)
4. Build a sense of community within our group!
*If you are new to our BOX, but have previous CrossFit experience, you will be set up with option to "test out" immediately, by performing all the CrossFit movements proficiently under the supervision of our coaches*
