“CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness.” 


CrossFit Kids provide fun and engaging workouts that deliver results and help kids to become well-rounded athletes. This program is not just a watered-down version of an adult CrossFit class. The objectives of the class are to teach, learn and apply functional skills in a fun, interactive and safe environment that will spark their interest in fitness. 


Workouts constantly vary, so kids don’t get bored and are always excited about class.  All workouts and movements are scaleable for all levels and abilities, and all classes are taught by certified CrossFit Kids trainers.

2011 Fall Schedule

The CFK fall session will be 12 weeks from August 29th - November 17th (No class on Sept. 5th)
Classes are held Monday - Thursday 3:30 - 4:20 pm based on age / ability.
Monday / Wednesday (ages 7 - 10) and  Tuesday / Thursday (ages 10 - 13)
